Every item is made to order, meaning your purchase is custom-produced after your order is placed. This ensures you receive a freshly crafted product that meets our high standards of quality.

 

Production Times:

  • Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

 

Shipping Times:
Shipping times depend on the carrier and method selected at checkout. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.

 

Important Notes:

  • Shipping times are calculated in business days (weekends and holidays are not included).

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier’s performance.

RETURN POLICY

At We the Brave Threads, every item is printed to order, and we’re dedicated to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. As a small business, we appreciate your support and strive to create a seamless experience for every order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.

 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the order shipment date.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are final sales and cannot be refunded.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective.

  • Defective items must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@wethebravethreads.com with details about the defect.

 

For Sizing Issues:

  • If the size you received doesn’t match your expectations, double-check the size on the garment with the sizing chart.

  • If the garment was mislabeled or you’d like a different size, contact us at hello@wethebravethreads.com for the next steps.

 

Conditions for Denied Returns/Exchanges
 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • Garments have odors such as perfume, deodorant, air fresheners, body odor, smoke, or pet scents.

  • Garments have pet hair or other debris.

  • Signs of wear or washing are present.

  • Items are returned in a disrespectful manner. Please fold the item neatly, place it in a protective bag (e.g., a plastic grocery bag), and package it securely for shipping. Hats must be returned in a box to maintain their shape.
